Is it allowed than that rozah is 24 hours is more important and have more sawab than the regular one? Can you please tell me. Thank you
Answer:

Duration of fast in Islam begins with the arrival of true dawn and ends with sunset.
Allah says:"Eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct from the black. Then fast until nightfall." (Qur'an: 2: 187).

The Prophet, peace be upon him, advised us to break the fast soon after sunset and he also warned against fasting both day and night. Allah says, "We have sent down the Book for you to expound the messages," In other words, the Prophet, peace be upon him, is the interpreter of the Qur'an. He showed us how to practice the divine commandments. Therefore, he told us to pray, fast, give charity and perform Hajj as he showed us.

Moreover, we are forbidden to innovate acts of worship in Islam; by extending the duration of fast, we will be interfering with the format prescribed by the LawGiver which is innovation.

In light of the above, there is no room in Islam for fasting 24 hours as an act of worship. It is another issue if someone does it for health reasons under the supervision of a trained professional.
