Answer:
You are not allowed to skip the fast for this reason. Ask your doctor if you can take the tablet after breaking your fast in the evening and during suhoor or predawn meal.

You should know that it is Allah who chooses to give children: Allah says in the Qur'an:
"God alone has control over the heavens and the earth. He creates whatever He wills. He grants female offspring to whoever He will, and male whoever He will, or both male and female, and He makes whoever He will barren; He is all-Knowing, all-Powerful.” (Qur’an: 42: 49).

So, I would urge you to turn to Allah in Ramadan. There is no better way of seeking the help of Allah than doing so while fasting. Ramadan is the most blessed month. While urging us to fast during the month of Ramadan, Allah also reminds us that He is near and ready to answer those who call upon Him.
“And if My servants ask you about Me – (tell them), I am near; I answer those who pray to me; so, let them respond to My call, and believe in Me, so that they may be guided.” (Qur’an: 2: 186)

The Prophet, peace be upon him, said, “Whoever seeks forgiveness of Allah constantly, Allah will facilitate matters for them and provide for them in ways that they would never imagine.” (Reported by Abu Dawud)

So, use the opportunity of the blessed month to knock at the door of the All-Merciful. He may help you realize your dream – if He decides that it is right for you.
