Question: Asalam O Alikum my question is that i am going to hajj inshallah this year and i am staying at jeddah.i want to know if i can skip tawaf ifaadah after ist jamarat and can do it later after 13 zul hajj together with tawaf al wida
Answer:
You are allowed to do Tawaf al-Ifadah with the intention of Tawaf al-Wada’ as long as you do so after completing the ritual of pelting before leaving Makkah.

Tawaf al-Ifadah can be done either early on after the standing of Arafah or at the conclusion of the hajj after pelting. If one chooses the latter option, then it can be a substitute for Tawaf al-Wada’  since
the purpose of Tawaf al-Wada' is that one bids farewell to Ka'bah before returning home.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) addressed his companions who performed Hajj with him: “No one should leave Makkah before he bids farewell to the Ka’bah through tawaf.” (Reported by Muslim on the authority of Ibn Abbas).

In conclusion, you are allowed to postpone Tawaf al-Ifadah and do it before leaving Makkah after pelting before leaving Makkah; you may combine both intentions or only make the intention of Ifadah.
