Question:	Assalamu Alaikum I need some clarification from you I have selected Abdus Shaheed name for my son. Why we have used Abdus instead of Muhammad?
Answer:	There is nothing wrong in naming your son Abdul Shaheed. Shaheed is one of the names of Allah, so it means the servant of Allah. It is not necessary to name him Muhammad.
