Indeed in the human heart, there is a void that can not be filled except by keeping the company of Allah. And therein is a touch of melancholy which can only be cured by the joy of knowing Allah and being faithful to Him. There is an emptiness in it which can be filled only by the love of God and His remembrance. Nothing else – and not even the treasures of the whole world – can fill this emptiness.
